KAITHI (2019)
Kaithi (transl. Prisoner) is a 2019 Indian Tamil-language action thriller film[3] written and directed by Lokesh Kanagaraj. It is produced by S. R. Prakashbabu and S. R. Prabhu under Dream Warrior Pictures and co-produced by Tiruppur Vivek under Vivekananda Pictures. It stars Karthi in the lead role, along with Narain, Arjun Das, Harish Uthaman, George Maryan, and Dheena in pivotal roles. In the film, a recently released prisoner races against time to drive poisoned cops to a hospital in exchange for meeting his daughter while evading criminals chasing him.
VIKRAM (2022)
Vikram is a 2022 Indian Tamil-language action thriller film written and directed by Lokesh Kanagaraj. Kanagaraj and Rathna Kumar worked together on the dialogues in this film. It is produced by Kamal Haasan who stars in the titlular role, along with Vijay Sethupathi and Fahadh Faasil with Narain and Kalidas Jayaram in the supporting roles. A spiritual successor of the 1986 film of the same name, it is the second installment in the Lokesh Cinematic Universe following Kaithi (2019). In the film, a black ops squad led by Amar is assigned to track down a group of ruthless vigilantes. When Amar realises it is not what it seems to be, following down this path will lead to nothing, but war between everyone involved.
ROLEX (2024)
Rolex is the overarching antagonist of the Lokesh Cinematic Universe. The psychopathic leader of Vetti Vagaiyara, he is responsible for orchestrating their actions in Kaithi and Vikram. He is played by Suriya, who has also played Athreya in 24. Suriya received domestic acclaim for Rolex being considered one of his most popular roles.
LEO (2023)
Leo (also marketed as Leo: Bloody Sweet) is an upcoming Indian Tamil-language action film[2] directed by Lokesh Kanagaraj, who co-wrote the script with Rathna Kumar and Deeraj Vaidy. It is produced by Seven Screen Studio. The film stars Vijay and Trisha, alongside Sanjay Dutt, Arjun Sarja, Gautham Vasudev Menon, Mansoor Ali Khan, and Mysskin.
